They said my identity verification “expired mid-process,” even though it was approved less than two weeks ago. Identity doesn’t expire that fast, and they know it. When I pressed them to explain how such expiration occurs, they replied with canned responses about “systemic integrity requirements.” It’s obvious the fee is merely a manufactured excuse to hinder withdrawals. Their refusal to provide a real policy or a time-stamped record of this “expiration” is the clearest evidence that the entire situation is fabricated.
