This charge was never disclosed in any agreement or during account setup. After completing all KYC steps and receiving approval, I was shocked to find my funds blocked by this surprise demand. Attempts to obtain official proof or policy explanations were met with evasive answers. This is clearly a fraudulent ploy to hold client funds hostage.

After fully verifying my account, the broker suddenly imposed a surprise fee I never agreed to. This unexpected charge blocked my withdrawal and was never disclosed during sign-up or in any policy.
