According to them, this adjustment was necessary to validate the accuracy of my closed trades. However, they failed to identify which trades required validation or how the amount was calculated. I requested a breakdown. Instead of data, I received warnings about account delays. The adjustment could not be deducted internally and had to be paid separately. This made no logical sense, given that sufficient funds already existed in my balance. Each inquiry resulted in slower replies. When I escalated the issue, the ticket was marked resolved without explanation. The adjustment remained mandatory, yet undefined. What stood out was how quickly communication shifted from cooperative to dismissive. The platform treated legitimate questions as resistance, reinforcing the impression that the fee was designed not to protect integrity, but to obstruct access to funds.
