My KYC was already completed and approved weeks ago. This new fee wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the process. They claim it’s part of an ongoing security protocol, but that makes no sense since everything was cleared. It appears they’re recycling excuses to block user withdrawals while extracting additional payments under different names.

They’re asking for a $1,900 “final confirmation fee” before they can process my withdrawal. This wasn’t disclosed during the registration process, and it feels completely unfair.
