When I contacted support, they gave me a vague explanation involving “cross-border financial clearance.” I asked for policy documentation—nothing. They also refuse to deduct the fee from my existing account balance, insisting I send the amount externally. That’s the biggest red flag. If the fee were real, why not simply deduct it? It feels like they’re stalling until I give up. I’ve read other users’ reviews and I’m clearly not alone. Elixo Trade is operating with deceptive tactics. This is not an oversight—it’s a deliberate pattern. I now believe this platform is designed to trap traders and bleed them with invented fees. It’s a scam.
