This amount was never disclosed at signup or in their terms and conditions. I submitted all verification documents and was told my account was approved for withdrawal. When I made a request, they blocked it and introduced this new cost without explanation. Attempts to obtain official documentation or policy references were ignored or met with generic replies. This is clearly a scam tactic to trap traders’ funds and force additional payments. I am disappointed and feel scammed by this deceptive platform. Avoid UnixCapitals at all costs.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the platform insisted on a “compliance verification charge” that was never disclosed. I had completed every verification step and was approved weeks ago.
