I asked for formal documentation or terms that mention this charge—nothing. Just another vague email referencing “exit-level audit protocol.” That sounds made up. I’ve been patient and cooperative through every step, but I can’t keep paying these fabricated fees. This is clearly a strategy to trap users in a loop of endless costs. I feel manipulated, and I don’t know how much more I can take. I’ve been scammed.
