supposedly required to align my account with their updated platform. This justification makes no sense. System upgrades are internal responsibilities, not something customers pay for. Despite asking for technical documentation, they repeatedly deflected the request with phrases like “process in progress” and “waiting for system readiness.” Their avoidance is intentional. Each time I get closer to accessing my money, Bitminerix adds a new imaginary hurdle. This harmonization excuse is just another step in their pattern of deliberate delay and manufactured complexity.
