When I questioned its purpose, the agent simply claimed it was “industry standard,” which is absolutely untrue. No regulated broker requires clients to pay thousands just to unlock funds they already own. It feels like the platform is inventing terminology to justify holding withdrawals indefinitely. After multiple attempts to clarify the situation, all I receive are generic, copy-pasted replies. This $1,720 charge has no legal or financial basis, and it’s becoming clear that they are stalling intentionally.
