When I pressed customer support for proof of legitimacy, they simply redirected me to a generic FAQ that still did not explain the fee. The contradiction is impossible to ignore: my money is supposedly safe, yet the platform demands more money to release it. That is not a standard withdrawal process—it’s an engineered tactic to keep users locked in. The longer I question this fee, the more evasive the staff becomes, which only strengthens my suspicion.
