The demand arrived out of nowhere, right after I asked to transfer my balance. I had already gone through KYC and all their so-called security steps. Why another fee now? When I questioned the logic, support agents became defensive, repeating the same pre-written excuses. I later found other users describing identical “validation” charges. The deception was systematic. Every fake layer of approval existed only to extract more money. What once seemed like a procedural step now feels like an engineered trap. The truth became undeniable—it was never about validation, only exploitation.
