Customer service refused to provide any official documents supporting this charge, responding only with vague excuses. This seems like a classic scam tactic designed to trap client funds and squeeze out extra payments. Such dishonesty makes me question the legitimacy of Souq Capitals. I strongly warn other traders to stay away to protect their money.
