The freeze came without warning, in the middle of an active trading week. Their explanation—that “reauthorization is required after system maintenance”—is nonsense. System maintenance doesn’t require client-side payments, especially not in cryptocurrency. They refused to use my existing balance, claiming it “must come externally to prove solvency.” That’s illogical and a transparent cash grab. I’ve preserved evidence and will distribute it to watchdog sites. If reauthorization fees appear only when you’re ready to cash out or trade profitably, the platform’s intent is clear—it’s a scam.
