I had already passed every stage of verification, submitted my ID, and even received confirmation that my withdrawal was approved. This new charge appeared out of nowhere, without any notice or prior mention during registration. When I contacted support, they gave me a vague explanation involving “cross-border financial clearance.” I asked for policy documentation—nothing. They also refuse to deduct the fee from my existing account balance, insisting I send the amount externally. That’s the biggest red flag. If the fee were real, why not simply deduct it? It feels like they’re stalling until I give up. I’ve read other users’ reviews and I’m clearly not alone. Elixo Trade is operating with deceptive tactics. This is not an oversight—it’s a deliberate pattern. I now believe this platform is designed to trap traders and bleed them with invented fees. It’s a scam.
