According to the support team, my account “needs alignment to avoid systemic congestion,” which makes absolutely no sense. User withdrawals don’t cause congestion; platform instability does. I asked for an official explanation, and they simply repeated buzzwords without context. Meanwhile, my withdrawal remains locked behind this fake toll. It’s becoming increasingly clear that the platform has no intention of allowing users to retrieve their money without extracting as much additional payment as possible.
