I complied with every procedure. They approved my withdrawal—then suddenly added this final step. I tried calling their hotline. No answer. The few times I did get through, they refused to explain and told me to "read instructions." There is no mention of this fee anywhere. It’s clear tradetoexcel is using fake fees to delay withdrawals and extort users. This is not a mistake—it’s intentional. I’m going to file complaints with every regulator I can find.

When I tried to cash out, they told me I had to pay a 'profit verification fee'. I’ve never heard of such nonsense from any legitimate broker. It’s clearly made up. No documentation, no prior notice, just a roadblock to keep my funds. I’ve been scammed by this platform. Please don’t make the same mistake.
