I asked them to show me where this fee was outlined in the terms of service, but their representatives dodged the question. Instead, they pressured me with phrases like “This is the final step” and “Without this, your account will be suspended.” These threats are manipulative tactics used to force compliance. I realized too late that everything, from their onboarding to their so-called customer support, was engineered to deceive. They rely on creating trust at first, only to exploit it later. A legitimate broker would never invent arbitrary fees for withdrawals. CartsFx is clearly a fraudulent platform that feeds off investor losses. The safest decision is total avoidance.
