I had fulfilled all verification requirements and expected no surprises, but this sudden fee appeared and froze my withdrawal. When I requested proof or official policy documentation, customer service responded with vague excuses and failed to provide any evidence. Such unethical conduct is clearly aimed at delaying payouts indefinitely and extorting money from traders. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform to protect your funds.
