At no point in the onboarding, deposit, or trading stages was this charge ever mentioned. Their terms and conditions make no reference to this, and every support email is now met with silence. The moment you ask for your money back, they throw in one more invented barrier to force you to pay more. This is clearly a scam strategy disguised under professional branding. I even tried reaching out to their compliance team—no response. tokenxpresstrade is preying on retail investors, and it must be exposed. I regret trusting them, and I hope no one else has to learn the hard way like I did.
