This wasn’t part of the deal, wasn’t mentioned in any documents, and came completely out of the blue. I’ve met every condition they set, from KYC verification to previous charges they claimed were necessary. Now, this? When I asked for a copy of the terms where this was stated, they ignored the question and simply told me it’s a “mandatory final step.” That’s not how a trustworthy financial service operates. I’ve had enough of their tricks. I feel completely taken advantage of. Every fee seems to be another way to keep my funds tied up while they string me along. I wish I’d seen the warning signs earlier. This platform is running a scam, plain and simple. Don’t fall for it. If you’re still waiting for your money like I am—don’t hold your breath.

After all verifications were done, I received a message that I must pay a $1,250 “client status re-confirmation fee.” That term doesn’t even make sense! Nothing like this was in the agreement. Their only explanation? “Required by policy.” But they provide no proof. It’s obvious they are just inventing fees to delay and deny withdrawals. No serious broker would behave like this. They’re frauds.
