However, suddenly this new fee appeared, blocking my withdrawal request. When I asked for official documents or proof of this charge, their customer service only gave vague and scripted answers. It seems like a deliberate tactic to delay my payout and pressure me into paying extra money. This behavior is deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to avoid dealing with Next Level Pro Traders as they operate more like a scam than a legitimate broker.
