This is a complete scam. There was never any indication of this fee before. I’ve read every document they provided and there’s nothing about it. I reached out to their team, and they just repeat the same nonsense about internal compliance. It’s clear they’re making it up. This isn’t some legal process—it’s extortion. Once they have your money, they’ll never give it back without demanding more. Guaranteed FX Markets should be exposed for the criminal enterprise it is.

They demanded a “cross-border compliance fee” as a condition to withdraw. This wasn’t in their terms or FAQs. I’ve traded on other platforms and never faced this.
