When I reached out for clarification, they simply said it was “mandatory for exiting the platform,” with no further explanation or documentation. I feel duped. These kinds of hidden charges are a massive red flag. They wait until you’re ready to withdraw, then create barriers. Every new fee seems like a desperate move to stop people from getting their money back.
