There was no mention of this fee during registration or in the terms I agreed to. Even after submitting all necessary documents and receiving approval, this surprise charge appeared, blocking my payout. Attempts to get official policy or proof were met with vague and evasive responses. This clearly looks like a fabricated excuse to trap funds and extort extra payments from clients. I feel cheated and urge other investors to stay away from BitPayfx.

After verifying my account fully, the broker unexpectedly introduced a hidden charge I never agreed to. This surprise fee blocked my withdrawal and was never mentioned during registration or in any policy. Customer service gave vague answers with no proof. It’s clear they invent fees to hold funds hostage. I feel cheated and advise others to avoid this broker.
