This is pure extortion. Compliance penalties, if legitimate, are imposed by regulators, not demanded upfront by a platform itself. When I requested the legal reference, they dodged the question completely. Instead, they threatened account closure. These intimidation tactics mirror classic fraud patterns. They keep inventing reasons to siphon money without ever allowing withdrawals. At this stage, it is clear to me and should be clear to all: 247TRADING TARGETS is a scam platform with malicious intent.
