When I asked your support team for clarification, they only repeated the same vague explanation: “This is required to ensure system integrity.” But no one can explain what integrity issue they’re talking about. The timing makes it painfully obvious—this fee didn’t exist until I tried to take my money out. A legitimate financial service does not invent new layers of payment just to release user funds. This looks like a clear attempt to delay payouts by creating artificial obstacles.
