I would never have signed up. What kind of platform hides this crucial cost until you’re trying to retrieve your own funds? This fee was never disclosed during the onboarding process. In fact, they advertised “zero hidden charges” on their homepage. I paid this out of desperation, but instead of releasing the money, they hit me with another condition: a supposed “FX synchronization validation” costing even more. I’ve now spent nearly as much on phantom fees as I originally deposited. The agents simply say “it’s protocol” and deflect all questions. When I pushed for a refund or escalation, they locked my account. This isn’t just unprofessional — it’s predatory. Apex Orbit is preying on people’s trust and financial vulnerability. I’m coming forward because others need to know what’s really happening behind this platform’s polished front. Don't fall for it like I did.
