completely derailed my withdrawal. They justified it by saying my account had been “temporarily placed under stability review,” something I had never encountered. Their support staff provided zero evidence, claiming the surcharge must be paid before any review could conclude. I pressed them repeatedly, asking why this wasn’t disclosed earlier. They simply insisted that “internal protocols” required this step. Internal protocols don’t override transparency. This feels like a tactic designed to frustrate the user until they finally give in and pay.
