I had completed every required step and was assured that my account was fully verified and ready. This sudden charge was not included in any agreements or communicated beforehand. Upon requesting policy documentation, I received only vague, scripted replies. It’s clear that this is a ploy to stall withdrawals and coerce traders into paying unexpected fees. This broker is a scam designed to take advantage of unsuspecting investors. I regret ever trusting them.

the broker introduced an undisclosed “liquidity management charge” blocking my withdrawal. I had been told my account was approved and that withdrawals would be straightforward. Now, they refuse to release my funds until I pay this mysterious fee. They won’t provide any documentation proving its legitimacy. This is a common scam tactic used to keep traders’ funds hostage and extort money. I’m angry and disappointed and strongly advise against using this platform.
