This is confusing because my identity documents were approved long ago, and I have not changed anything related to my profile. When I ask what part needs confirmation, they evade the question. The more I review their user agreement, the clearer it becomes that this levy is not officially listed anywhere. Their customer support refuses to escalate the issue or provide evidence of the supposed requirement. Instead, they emphasize urgency and pressure me to pay quickly. This pattern feels manipulative and designed to delay payouts. Molpux’s behavior indicates they are intentionally complicating the withdrawal process.
