I was told my funds were ready and that the final review had been done. Suddenly, they claim this fee is required to “complete the process.” There was never any mention of this during sign-up, not even in the small print. Every time I contact support, they reply with generic messages and avoid my direct questions. It’s as if they are trained to stall users who ask about withdrawals. I’ve already paid other unexpected charges in good faith, hoping this would be the last step. But this is clearly a trap. It seems like no matter how many hoops I jump through, they’ll keep creating new ones. I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

My withdrawal was denied unless I paid an “AML clearance fee.” There was zero notice of this in their FAQ or signup terms. They make it sound legal, but it’s a scam tactic. Every time I complied, they invented a new fee. I’m devastated. This platform is a well-crafted fraud. Save yourself the pain and never deposit here.
