I’ve never seen this term before—not in the FAQ, not in their terms, not from their agents until today. I asked them where this was documented, and they gave me vague references to "backend processes." That’s not good enough. I’ve complied with every request, and now they’re making things up. I don’t even know if the next step will be another fee. It’s endless. I’m tired of being lied to. This is not a trading service—it’s a financial scam, plain and simple.

After patiently waiting for my withdrawal request to process, I was shocked to see a “service verification tax” had been added. I had never heard of this fee before. It’s not on their website, not in the account terms, and wasn’t mentioned during onboarding. Their staff gave no explanation. Instead, they told me “it’s part of your account class.” That sounds made up. I’ve realized this platform isn’t here to help investors—it’s here to exploit them. I trusted them once, but not anymore. This platform is a scam and should be avoided by everyone.
