They refused to apply the fee to my balance, insisting on an outside transfer. This is not policy; it’s hostage-taking under the guise of compliance. I’ve preserved every interaction for my report and am warning others to recognize the pattern: each invented step is designed to delay and drain. No legitimate broker rewrites the rules mid-process to block your own money from reaching you.
