This is the fourth unexpected charge that has appeared since I initiated the withdrawal process. I’ve already completed all necessary verifications and followed every step they required, but now they’re claiming I need to pay this additional fee just to close my account and release my funds. I asked for an official breakdown of this charge, but they haven’t provided any proof or formal documentation. Instead, they’ve continued to give me vague responses, which only makes me more suspicious. I feel completely trapped. Has anyone else faced this “account closure fee”? If so, how did you handle it?

My request to withdraw triggered a so-called “manual clearance fee” of $1,100. I never agreed to this, and it’s getting out of control.
