At no point during account creation was this mentioned, nor is it written anywhere in their policies. This deliberate omission shows their intent—to surprise clients at the last possible step, when emotions are highest and people are desperate to recover their funds. It’s a psychological trap. When I refused, they began stalling with vague promises and endless delays. Others should know this is a telltale sign of fraud. A real financial institution does not invent hidden surcharges after trades are completed. These tactics are consistent with boiler-room scams designed to squeeze clients dry. Based on this firsthand experience, there is no doubt in my mind: NexaCapital Trade is operating as a fraudulent scam broker.
