No mention of this fee was ever made during account setup or in any user agreements. I fulfilled every verification requirement in good faith, expecting seamless withdrawals. Instead, this unexpected fee blocked my payout. Attempts to get official evidence or policy backing the fee were met with canned, evasive responses. This behavior screams scam and is clearly intended to extort money from unsuspecting clients. I deeply regret trusting this platform and urge others to avoid it.
