I’m absolutely stunned. I’ve been cleared and approved across the board. I already paid a previous release fee. Now this new charge appears, claiming to be essential for “ledger verification.” No clear reasoning, no policy reference. Just more invented steps. I feel like this entire process is a scam disguised as a system. If you’ve dealt with this same issue, please let me know what happened.

After two weeks of silence, they came back with a $2,000 “settlement finalization cost” that I supposedly need to cover before my withdrawal is processed. I’ve already paid several previous fees they said were final. This one appeared without warning. I asked where it was mentioned—no answer. I asked what it covers—vague talk about “end-of-cycle processing.” Sounds like complete fiction. I’m emotionally exhausted and financially stuck. They know exactly how to drag this out and make users feel like they’re too far in to quit. But I’m done. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to my worst enemy.
