There was no prior disclosure of such a charge during signup or in any policy documents. After submitting all required documents and passing verification, I expected a smooth withdrawal process. Instead, this unexpected fee appeared, blocking my funds. When I sought official explanations, the customer service team provided only vague answers without proof. This clearly looks like a scam method to trap funds and extort extra money from traders. I strongly advise others to avoid CryptoApex and protect their money.

At first, everything looked legit. But when I attempted my first withdrawal, they demanded an unexpected "regulatory clearance fee." What regulatory body? They won’t even provide documentation. This platform is deliberately hiding fees to trap investors. Their silence and refusal to release funds unless I pay more proves it's a scam. Do not trust them!
