I repeatedly asked for official policies or documentation outlining this fee, but received nothing but generic, evasive replies. It’s clear that this “fee” is a fabricated barrier designed to keep my money locked and extract more cash from me. I feel deceived and warn others to steer clear of this dishonest broker.
