They say it’s part of their “regulatory compliance” process, but I’ve never encountered this with other platforms. Normally, legitimate companies either deduct the fees directly from your withdrawal amount or disclose them upfront. I asked for a detailed breakdown, but they just repeated the same generic explanation. It feels like a tactic to prevent me from accessing my funds. They also said this fee is “refundable,” but I’ve heard that line before. I already paid an "administrative review charge" last month, and nothing came of it. This pattern of inventing new fees whenever I try to withdraw is incredibly frustrating. At this point, I’m beginning to think I’m being scammed.
