This fee was not disclosed at signup or in any policies. After submitting all documents and gaining approval, I was shocked when this charge blocked my payout. When I requested official evidence or explanation, support gave evasive and generic responses. This is a fraudulent attempt to trap funds and extort money. I feel deceived and warn others to be very cautious.
