Just vague claims about “internal compliance steps.” I even asked to speak with a manager—no response. The more I push, the more they stall. This is clearly a well-planned scam operation. They lure you in, get your money, and make you jump through endless hoops to get it back. Avoid this platform at all costs.

As soon as I clicked the withdrawal button, I received an email requesting a “payout eligibility charge.” This wasn’t in the fee schedule.
