There was no mention of this payment in any agreements or during registration. Suddenly, this unexpected cost blocked my withdrawal request. When I asked for contractual evidence, support responded with scripted, evasive answers. This is clearly a fraudulent practice to extort more money and trap funds. I feel betrayed and warn others to avoid this broker.
