SQLQD promised me high returns, but now I can’t even get my money back. What should I do?

I started trading with SQLQD because they promised high returns with little risk. I invested $5,000, made a profit of $3,000, and tried to withdraw, but now they say I need to pay an extra "processing fee" of $2,500 to release my funds. This seems fishy. Has anyone had this happen with SQLQD? How can I get my money back?
