premiumequityhub-pro says my account was flagged due to “unusual trading patterns.” Is this real?

They told me my successful trades triggered a review, and now I need to pay $1,600 to lift the flag. I didn’t do anything outside normal trades. I feel like they’re using this as an excuse to avoid paying me.
