Optimal Trade Solution froze my account after I requested a withdrawal. What do I do now?

I requested to withdraw my $4,000 profit, and right after, they froze my account saying it was under “routine audit.” They’re asking for a $2,000 fee to "expedite" the process. Has anyone had this happen? How do I get my money?
