Sigma FX says I need to pay an ‘account audit fee’ before I can withdraw.

They said I need to pay $2,500 for an “account audit fee” before they can process my withdrawal request. This is the first time I’ve heard of such a fee, and it wasn’t disclosed anywhere in their terms. It feels like they are trying to delay the process and keep my funds. Has anyone else had to pay this?
