Protrade Options is now suddenly requiring a $2,530 "final withdrawal fee" to release my funds.

This was never communicated to me at any point during the account opening process. I specifically remember asking about all fees, and they assured me there were no additional charges beyond standard transaction costs. My account has been fully functional for weeks. This "account maintenance and closure" fee only emerged when I attempted to withdraw my entire balance. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a trap designed to prevent me from getting my money back without paying an exorbitant and unagreed-upon sum.
