I didn't violate any rules, didn’t miss deadlines, and didn’t engage in suspicious activity. Yet suddenly my account is “paused,” and the only way to regain access is by paying this invented cost. The platform claims the fee covers “backend restructuring,” but refuses to explain why restructuring should be funded by individual users. When I argued that this policy appears nowhere in their terms, the representative simply ended the chat session. The entire situation reeks of a planned strategy to impose arbitrary fees. A legitimate broker does not disable accounts at random and demand over a thousand dollars for reinstatement.
