I’ve withdrawn from multiple brokers over the years, and none have ever used terms like “surge fee.” When I asked for a legal basis or documentation, support told me this charge reflects “market volatility conditions.” That explanation is laughable—market volatility does not justify charging clients hidden fees. Meanwhile, my withdrawal status remains stuck as “pending supplemental payment.” This pattern is becoming clearer: each time I meet one requirement, the platform invents another. The $560 charge is merely the latest trap in a chain of excuses designed to exhaust users into compliance or abandonment. I expected transparency; instead, I’m confronted with deliberate obstruction.
